Visit to the countless mosteros and chapels of Goreme, carved into the rocks and decorated with frescoes. Visit to the impressive valleys of the region and enjoy the views of the "chaminés de fadas". Visit to an underground city built by the ancient local communities to protect themselves from attacks. Visit to a jewellery and stone centre typical of Cappadocia and a carpet factory to learn about the production of these products. Dinner at the hotel. Visit Ephesus, the best preserved Greco-Roman city in Asia Minor from the 1st and 2nd centuries, which preserves treasures such as the Roman theatre, the Library of Celsus and the Marble Street. Breakfast. Free day. Possibility to take the optional guided excursion "CHIOS - THE GREEK ISLAND": Transfer from the hotel to the port of Çesme. After migration, departure to the island of Chios to visit: the production of Mastic, the village of Mesta and its labyrinthine streets from the Byzantine period, Pyrgi and its houses decorated with black and white murals, the vulcanic beach of Mavra Volia in Empoios.
